My New Website Launched

After about a month and a half working on my new website, with a slight delay due to the bazaar preparations, it's finally up and running. It's http://manteeclothing.multiply.com. My brand's former name was Manty. Not wanting to have it associated with underwear, I decided to change it to Mantee. That way the brand name speaks more of what it sells. I am now working on incorporating a facebook like button to my website. Hopefully I'll get it working soon.

HAPPY 2011!

Happy new year everyone!!!! I know I'm a bit delayed with the greeting, but better late than later! =) It's 2011! Can't believe how time flies so fast. Cant' believe it's been almost a year since I left my office job to try to pursue this. I know it's been a bit slow. Took me close to 7 months to actually start building this from scratch. Just needed to take in a lot of motivation.

Well, it's a new year and I can't wait to start working on my summer "collection". I've always wanted to make something for summer like tank tops and perhaps beach bags or something. For some reason, every time I go looking, I can't seem to find good men's tank tops for summer - it's either the fit or design isn't nice or it's way too expensive to spend your money on for something you'd wear out in public for two months and the rest of the year wear it at home as sleepwear.

In a few days my vacation is coming to an end then I'll be flying my ass back to Manila. I am girding myself for the coming challenges. I plan to start getting legal. I want to do all necessary registrations so I can get my stuff displayed somewhere. =) So hello 2011! Please be nice to me!

Rockwell's Moonlit Bazaar 2010

Posting some photos of Rockwell's Moonlit Bazaar, which I joined last weekend. I didn't know what to expect at first coz I never joined a bazaar in Rockwell. I used to join St. James Bazaar in Ayala, Alabang. I would have joined it this year if only I had a service. Hmmmm... maybe it's time to save up to get me one. Anyway, Moonlit was, I have to say, not bad. Traffic was good and, unlike St. James, there were just a few booths. So, there wasn't much of a competition... At least for t-shirts there wasn't. Which was good for me... I was able to break-even plus a little extra. So, yeay! =) This just drives me more to take this seriously. Perhaps come January I better start getting registered and get a spot somewhere.

THANK YOU to everyone who came and helped me. I owe you guys bigtime! And THANK YOU to those who bought my shirts. =D I hope I see you again in one of the future bazaars. Comments and suggestions are always welcome, so please let me know your thoughts! =) 

Bazaar Day!

It's bazaar day! I am soooooo streessseeeeddd out..Not only do I need to be in the bazaar but I also have a wedding to attend later this evening. aaargh! I need time management badly!  Been working, sleeping late for 6 days now... Good thing I finished everything on time. Now getting ready to go set up... still got flyers to photocopy. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I hope I sell a lot!!! See you, see you! I gotta go! Ciao!
